COVID-19 Update from South West RV Centre

COVID-19 Update from South West RV Centre

Statement from South West RV Centre

Hello SWRV Customers,

On behalf of the team, I would like to let you know what we’re doing to prioritise your health and wellbeing when you shop with us amidst concerns about COVID-19.

Some of our business practices may be different to what you are used to for the coming weeks/months. We are following all government guidelines in an effort to remain on top of the spread of Coronavirus. To this point, our staff have been advised to adhere to the social distancing recommendation of 4 square metres, limiting handshakes and unnecessary contact with clients. We ask for everyone’s cooperation during this unprecedented time.

At SWRV we’ve always taken great care to provide you a superior in store experience which includes the cleanliness of our store and caravans. To continue to provide an environment which is as safe as possible for you, and our team, we have taken extra steps to clean and sanitise more frequently. We regularly wipe surfaces with disinfectant, use an air-spray disinfectant in-store and encourage regular hand sanitization.

With a large proportion of our customers being in the senior’s bracket, we highly encourage anyone who is experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 to remain at home and seek appropriate medical assistance as directed by the Australian Government Department of Health.

Our team is being provided regular updates and information to keep themselves and their families safe, and we are reacting and adapting to the situation as it evolves. We’re taking guidance from the Australian Government Department of Health on their recommended key preventative measures.

We encourage our communities everywhere to take the precautions needed to protect their health and that of others. As a global community we are all responsible to help stop the spread of the virus, and to show compassion to one another.

Our absolute top priority remains the health, safety and wellbeing of our customers, team and community.

Stay safe, and thank you for your continued support.
